Due to a scheduling conflict, the Board of Directors met last night via conference call, Jan. 5, 2023.  Our apologies to the members for not getting that information out there.  Our next regularly scheduled board meeting will be February 16, 2023 and members may call in.  Going forward, it is our intention to hold regular meetings on the third Thursday of each month.
